Now that I know for sure that baby is moving, and it's not just my imagination, he’s getting stronger quickly! Just a couple of days after I knew I was definitely feeling him, other people - Adam, my mom and Jessa - were able to feel him kick too. He is a feisty little guy, he kicks hard – give it a few months and he’ll be more than ready to meet the world!

We had our ultrasound, and after what seemed like an eternity of waiting, we got to find out the gender... IT'S A BOY - we are so excited!!! Nearly everyone predicted that it would be a girl, so we asked the ultrasound technician to triple check - she is very sure, and in fact, after seeing pictures, so are we! We are busy thinking of names for Baby Beamish, so stay tuned...

It's hard to say the exact day, because I kept doubting whether I was really feeling what I thought I was feeling... But I started feeling the baby some time this week. Very exciting!
